About Me
I am a 34 year old married mother of 3. I've been married to my husband for 16 years. My children are 15, 12, and 4. I have pretty good self-esteem, so getting motivated to lose weight is hard for me. I like me. Well, that just means I need to understand the health aspects of being over-weight, and hoping that the knowledge will make me start to get all serious-like! That's the goal.
